Payments are made online at the time of booking.

Reserving a space

Please email hello@lovepublicspeaking.org so we can register you for the course and we will organise payment for a later date. Payments can be made any time up until the course date.

Cancellations, course swaps and substitutions

Attendees can cancel any time up until 2 weeks before the course date. After this time, there will be a 10% charge which will be deducted from the course refund, which will be paid via Bacs. Attendees can swap onto a different course any time up until 2 weeks before the course date. Substitutions (replacing one person for another) are also accepted at any time. Please email hello@lovepublicspeaking.org to make amendments to your course booking.

In the unusual event that a course is cancelled by us

Attendees will be given first priority on a new course date, or will be given a full refund if preferred.

Data Protection Act

The data from your online registration will be held on a database in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998), and will not be shared with any of our partners.
