Payments are made online at the time of booking.

Cancellations, date swaps and name substitutions

Attendees can cancel any time up until 2 weeks before the course date. After this time, there will be a 25% charge which will be deducted from the course refund, which will be paid via Bacs.

Cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the course will not be eligible for a refund or transferal to other course dates.

Attendees can swap onto a different course any time up until 2 weeks before the course date.

Name substitutions (replacing one person for another) are also accepted at any time. Please email hello@lovepublicspeaking.org to make amendments to your course booking.

In the unusual event that a course is cancelled by us

Attendees will be given first priority on a new course date, or will be given a full refund if preferred.

Data Protection Act

The data from your online registration will be held on a database in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998), and will not be shared with any of our partners.
