How happy are you? Create your own happiness manifesto

Your definition of success and happiness may be passing exams, getting a well-paid job, being beautiful, or having lots of material possessions. However, you may have all of this and still be unhappy.
You need to be clear about what makes you happy. (It might not mean the same thing as being successful.) Create your own personal success manifesto. Here is a real-life example to consider.

Try making your own happiness manifesto. Check your lifestyle against it and see if you are living the life that can make you most happy. If not, what can you do about it?
Start by thinking about how you want to feel in the first column. Then compare this with how you actually feel on a daily basis. Once you are clear what you want and what you don’t want, you can work out how to take the first steps towards a happier life.
