Payment

Payments are made online at the time of booking.

Cancellations, date swaps and name substitutions

Attendees can cancel any time up until 2 weeks before the course date. After this time, there will be an admin charge which is equivalent to 25% of the course fee.

Name substitutions (replacing one person for another) are accepted at any time. Please email hello@lovepublicspeaking.org to make amendments to your course booking.

Cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the course will not be eligible for a refund.

In the unusual event that a course is cancelled by us

Attendees will be refunded and offered alternative presentation skills support.

Data Protection

Data we collect from your booking with us will be held on a database in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in the UK.
