Cancellations, date swaps and name substitutions
Attendees can cancel any time up until 2 weeks before the course date. After this time, there will be an admin charge which is equivalent to 25% of the course fee.
Date swaps (swapping onto a future course date) are accepted up until 2 weeks before the course date. Please email [email protected] to swap onto a different course date.
Cancellations or non-attendance on the day of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
In the unusual event that a course is cancelled by us
Attendees will be refunded and offered alternative training support options.
Data we collect from your booking with us will be held on a database in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in the UK.
USING OUR MATERIALS
In completing this course, you are granted a license to use the materials for either virtual or in-person training delivered in real time. Completing the course does not grant you a license to pre-record the materials and sell them as an online product or a blended learning product.
The course materials can be used either with the Love Public Speaking Ltd logo or as an adapted white label product.
Your relationship with us after completing the course
Completing the course does not make you a Love Public Speaker trainer, partner or affiliate, however you will receive a Love Public Speaking certificate of course completion and can reference us as the company who trained you to become a Presentation Skills Coach.
We are currently developing a new course which will enable you to become an accredited Love Public Speaking training partner with the opportunity to bid for training work. This is due to be launched in summer 2021. To express in interest in applying for the course, please email [email protected]
