Upon booking the training programme, the client will be invoiced and payment is due within 14 days. Payment is due ahead of training delivery.
Travel and accommodation expenses are only chargeable where training is delivered outside of London.
Postponements are accepted up until 14 days before the course date. After this period, there will be an administration fee of £300 to compensate for held dates in the trainer’s diary.
Cancellations are accepted up until 2 weeks before the training with an administration fee of £300. A refund will be issued less the administration fee.
If less than 2 weeks’ notice is given, 50% of the training fee will be charged to cover the costs of course preparation and held diary dates. Any travel and accommodation expenses incurred will also be chargeable if a refund is not possible.
Usually, the trainer will come to the client’s office to deliver the training. However where a paid-for venue is required, venue fees will fall to the client. This will be discussed during the booking process.
Data we collect from your booking with us will be held on a database in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in the UK.
